Beef Patty Burgers with Grilled Corn and Salsa
Built from Fresh 85/15 Grass-Fed Beef Patties, Sweet Corn, Specially Selected Summer Salsa, which were on sale at ALDI when this recipe was published on July 22, 2026.

Ingredients

  • 4 Fresh 85/15 Grass-Fed Beef Patties
  • 4 ears fresh sweet corn, husked
  • 0.75 cup Specially Selected Summer Salsa
  • 4 burger buns
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Season both sides of beef patties lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side until internal temp reaches 160°F. Do not press down on patties.
  4. Meanwhile, brush corn with butter and season with salt and pepper. Grill in a separate skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly charred.
  5. Toast burger buns lightly in a dry skillet if desired.
  6. Assemble burgers with patties, buns, and a spoonful of salsa. Serve with grilled corn on the side.
