Common questions

How fast do you respond?

Usually within a day or two. The contact form goes straight to my inbox, and there's no support team between you and me, so "fast" depends on how my evening is going. If you've got a problem that's actively blocking you from using the site, mention that and I'll move you up the queue.

Can I request a store?

Yes. The contact form is the right place. I can usually add chains that use a common ad provider (igroceryads, iweeklyads, weeklyad.us.com) within a week or two, since the OCR pipeline already handles those formats. One-off stores that publish their flyers on their own site take longer because I have to wire up the source. Either way, send a request and I'll see what's possible.

Why do you need my email?

So I can reply to you. That's the only reason. Your email isn't going on a marketing list. We don't share it with anyone. There aren't any tracking pixels in the emails I send back. Same promise as the rest of the site.

Is there a phone number?

No phone number. It's just me, and a phone line would mean either ignoring it most of the day or hiring a service to answer for me. Neither is a good use of anyone's time. The contact form is faster anyway because I can reply when I actually have an answer, instead of being put on the spot.
