‘Dishcount’: Save money grocery shopping, generate recipes for free

From the weekly grocery list to Dishcount.
Bill McCormick was comparing multiple weekly ads while making his grocery list, then searching for recipes that used as many sale items as possible. He thought there had to be a better way.
After searching online and finding nothing that met his needs, he built the solution he wanted for his own family—and other shoppers facing the same problem. A father in a family of five in Dayton, Ohio, Bill built Dishcount in spare evenings alongside his day job.
Bill reports his family's weekly grocery spending went from about $175–$200 to $140–$160. These are his personal figures, not typical results or a savings guarantee.
