ALDI Breaded Chicken Bites with Tomato Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

• 2 boxes specially selected breaded chicken bites
• 1.5 lbs heirloom tomatoes
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 400°F and bake chicken bites according to package directions (typically 15–18 minutes) until golden and crispy.
2. While bites cook, heat olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
3. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Add diced tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Taste and adjust seasoning.
6. Serve hot chicken bites with warm tomato sauce for dipping.
