ALDI Buffalo Chicken Provolone Sandwiches with Apple Slaw

Ingredients

• 1 package (8 oz) ALDI deli-sliced buffalo chicken
• 1 package (8 oz) Happy Farms deli-sliced provolone
• 1 bag (2 lbs) Michigan Honeycrisp apples, thinly sliced
• 4 sandwich rolls or ciabatta rolls
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

1. Toss sliced apples with apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Set aside as slaw.
2. Warm buffalo chicken gently in a skillet over low heat (about 3 minutes), or use as-is if preferred cold.
3. Spread mayonnaise on the inside of each roll.
4. Layer buffalo chicken and 1-2 slices provolone on each roll.
5. Top with a generous handful of apple slaw.
6. Serve immediately with any remaining slaw on the side.
