Buffalo Chicken Provolone Sandwiches with Salsa

Ingredients

• 2 packages ALDI Deli-Sliced Buffalo Chicken
• 1 package Happy Farms Deli-Sliced Provolone
• 1 jar Casa Mamita Flavored Salsa
• 8 slices sandwich bread
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 cup shredded lettuce
• Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

1. Lay out 8 slices of bread and spread 1/4 tbsp mayonnaise on each slice.
2. Layer 2 oz buffalo chicken on the bottom half of each sandwich.
3. Top each with 1 slice provolone and a small handful of shredded lettuce.
4. Add 1 tbsp salsa to each sandwich.
5. Close sandwiches and cut diagonally if desired.
6. Serve immediately with extra salsa on the side for dipping.
