Buffalo Chicken Tacos with Salsa

Ingredients

• 1 lb ALDI-Sourced Buffalo Chicken
• 1 jar Casa Mamita Flavored Salsa
• 8 corn or flour tortillas
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 cups shredded lettuce
• 1 tbsp olive oil

Steps

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add buffalo chicken and cook for 5 minutes, breaking apart with a spoon.
3. Stir in salsa and simmer for 3 minutes until heated through.
4. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or over a gas flame for 30 seconds per side.
5. Fill tortillas with buffalo chicken mixture, cheese, and lettuce.
6. Serve immediately with extra salsa on the side.
