Crispy Fried Chicken Wings with Butter Roll Sliders

Ingredients

• 3 lbs fresh family pack chicken wings
• 4 specially selected butter rolls
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Oil for frying

Steps

1. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.
2. Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
3. Coat wings evenly in the flour mixture.
4. Heat 1/4 inch oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering (about 350°F).
5. Fry wings in batches for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
6. Toast butter rolls lightly in the oven or toaster.
7. Serve wings with warm rolls and your favorite dipping sauce (ranch, hot sauce, or barbecue).
