Ground Beef Tacos with Baked Beans

Ingredients

• 1.5 lbs fresh ground beef
• 1 can assorted baked beans
• 8 flour tortillas
• 2 tbsp taco seasoning
• 1/2 cup water
• Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Brown ground beef for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
3. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 3 minutes.
4. Warm baked beans in a small saucepan over medium heat for 4 minutes.
5. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or over a gas flame for 30 seconds per side.
6. Fill tortillas with seasoned beef and top with warm baked beans.
7. Serve with your favorite taco toppings (salsa, cheese, lettuce if on hand).
