ALDI Ground Beef Tacos with Cheese

Ingredients

• 1.5 lbs fresh family pack organic grass-fed ground beef
• 1 cup emporium selection shredded cheese wedge
• 2 tbsp chili powder
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 8 flour or corn tortillas
• Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomato, sour cream (optional)

Steps

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned, about 6 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.
2. Stir in chili powder, cumin, and salt. Cook 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or over a gas flame for 30 seconds per side.
4. Fill each tortilla with seasoned beef and top with shredded cheese.
5. Add lettuce, tomato, sour cream, or other toppings as desired.
6. Serve immediately.
