ALDI Seasoned Beef Bites Tacos with Avocado and Cilantro

Ingredients

• 1.5 lbs Fresh USDA Choice Seasoned Beef Bites for Shawarma
• 1 package Bagged Mini Avocados (6-pack)
• 8 small flour tortillas
• 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
• 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
• 1 lime
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add seasoned beef bites and cook 6–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
3. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or directly over a gas flame for 20 seconds per side.
4. Assemble tacos: place warm tortilla on a plate, add beef bites, sliced red onion, half a mini avocado, and cilantro.
5. Squeeze lime juice over each taco and serve immediately.
