Creamy Bacon & Spinach Pasta Skillet
Built from Oscar Mayer Fully Cooked Thick Cut Bacon, Pictsweet Farms® Frozen Chopped Spinach, Chobani® 20g Protein Lowfat Greek Yogurt Raspberry Lemon 6.7oz 4PK, Birds Eye® Shredded Carrots & Broccoli Florets, which were on sale at Kroger when this recipe was published on August 12, 2026.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Oscar Mayer Fully Cooked Thick Cut Bacon (7-9 slices), chopped
  • 1 box Pictsweet Farms® Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 2 containers Chobani® 20g Protein Lowfat Greek Yogurt (from 4-pack)
  • 1 cup Birds Eye® Shredded Carrots & Broccoli Florets
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Steps

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. Warm chopped bacon in a large skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes until edges crisp.
  3. Add butter, frozen carrots & broccoli, and thawed spinach.
  4. Cook for 4 minutes, stirring, until vegetables are tender.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in Greek yogurt until creamy.
  6. Add cooked pasta, salt, pepper, and garlic powder; toss gently to combine.
  7. Serve warm.
