Honey-Glazed Baby Back Ribs with Sweet Corn

Ingredients

  • 2.5 lbs pork baby back ribs
  • 1 box Birds Eye Sweet Corn, frozen
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Pat ribs dry, season with salt and pepper, and place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes covered with foil.
  4. Whisk together honey, ketchup, and vinegar in a small bowl.
  5. Remove foil, brush glaze over ribs, and bake uncovered for 20 minutes until caramelized and tender.
  6. Cook frozen corn according to package directions.
  7. Serve ribs with corn on the side.
