Hot Dog & Ham Pasta Skillet with Colby Jack

Ingredients

• 1 package Oscar Mayer Classic Beef Franks Hot Dogs
• 6 oz Bar-S Deli Style Honey Ham, Sliced Lunch Meat, sliced into strips
• 1 box Private Selection® Italian Cavatappi
• 4 oz Private Selection® Colby Jack Fresh Sliced Deli Cheese, cut into strips
• 1 medium yellow onion, diced
• 2 tbsp butter
• Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

1. Cook cavatappi according to package directions; drain and set aside.
2. Slice hot dogs into bite-sized rounds. Cut ham into strips.
3. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced onion and cook 3 minutes until softened.
4. Add hot dog rounds and ham strips; cook 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Cook 2 minutes.
6. Remove from heat and stir in cheese strips until melted and distributed evenly.
7. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
