Salmon with Spinach & Corn Bake
Built from Aqua Star Wild Pacific Salmon Fillet, Pictsweet Farms® Frozen Chopped Spinach, Kroger® Sweet Corn on the Cob, Birds Eye® Shredded Carrots & Broccoli Florets, which were on sale at Kroger when this recipe was published on August 12, 2026.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Aqua Star Wild Pacific Salmon Fillet
  • 1 box Pictsweet Farms® Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1.5 cups corn kernels (about 1.5 ears Kroger® Sweet Corn on the Cob)
  • 1 cup Birds Eye® Shredded Carrots & Broccoli Florets
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with foil.
  2. Place salmon skin-side down on the sheet pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix thawed spinach, corn kernels, and shredded carrots & broccoli.
  4. Spread vegetable mixture over and around salmon.
  5. Drizzle melted butter over everything and season with salt, pepper, and lemon pepper.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve immediately.
